Autumn is in full swing and the time to build is upon us. Herbs are everywhere, from the roadside to the backyard garden. Many of them have unsuspecting uses to support the body and its systems through Autumn and Winter. Get to know over 20 different herbs and over 10 different ways to prepare them at home. Themes of herbs and preparations include: immune support, respiratory support, parasites, digestion, stress, cough, and cold. Best practices for harvesting and preparation are also covered. Autumnal Herbals is formulated for those with little or no experience with herbs and remedy-making.
